Terms of Service

Peski ("Peski", "we", "us") provides residential pest control services in Chicago and select nearby suburbs. Enter your service address to confirm availability. By using this website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You can request a service online without creating an account. Bed bug inspections are free; other service requests may begin with a free inspection or a paid treatment option, as shown during booking. Submitting a request does not guarantee a specific appointment time until we confirm a scheduled window.

When a visit is scheduled, we commit to a 3-hour arrival window. If availability changes, we will contact you — your window is never moved silently.

No payment is taken at booking. Any paid treatment is priced and shown to you before work begins, and is only charged after you approve the price. Additional work beyond the approved scope requires a listed catalog price and your approval before it is performed or charged.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact, property and access information.
• Ensure an adult (18+) is available to grant access at the scheduled time.
• Follow reasonable preparation instructions for treatments (e.g. bed bug prep).
• Tell us about pets, children, allergies or health sensitivities on the property.

Completed visits include a documented report of findings, treatment and results, which may include photographs of treated areas. Photos are used to document the service and are handled under our Privacy Policy.

You can cancel or reschedule a visit before the technician is dispatched at no charge by contacting us through your request page. Repeated no-shows or denied access at the scheduled window may limit future booking.

Where a treatment includes a warranty or follow-up visits, the specific terms are shown with the treatment proposal before you approve it. To the maximum extent permitted by Illinois law, Peski is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
